However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a refund or replacement. All refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns & Exchanges: Please contact us at info@coolconservation.com regarding your initial exchange or refund request. You will receive a tracking number for your return and we will be expecting it within 30 days. All returns or exchanges must have a tracking number prior to you returning the product to us. We also ask that you include your receipt, mailing address & contact information. We will process your refund or exchange promptly. Shipping errors or damaged items: In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or if you have received your merchandise damaged, we will gladly replace or return your item. To replace an item, please contact us at info@coolconservation.com for assistance. Gift returns: If you received your Cool Conservation bags as a gift and would like to return or exchange them we are happy to help. We will offer you another Cool Conservation item or a gift certificate. We will send you your new items or gift certificate within two weeks of the return. Refunds can only be credited to the original form of payment. |
