Cool Conservation is an eco friendly
manufacturing company that creates and
produces hip reusable shopping bags that are cool to carry and cool for
our environment.
Founder
– Tara Nelson
Tara
has been building businesses with her passion for design since 1996.
This includes construction of single family & multifamily
homes,
designing home interiors and residential staging. In 2009, she founded
Cool Conservation in hopes of inspiring shoppers to reduce the use of
paper & plastic. Today she divides her time between this fun
&
hip company, Cool Conservation, her design & consulting
business,
Tara Nelson-Design and her staging company that she owns with her
sister, Open House. Tara graduated from Washington State University
with a business degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and
enjoyed
10 years of working at many luxury hotels around the country. She lives
in Seattle with her husband and three children.
